The Forum has a very nice feature to translate german posts into english.

under the post you will see a "TRANSLATE" link. if you push these link the german content will be automatically translated to english. The problem with automatically translation will be that the translated text will sound a little confused and not gramatically correct. but it will help to understand the content. if you have problems with the translation feel free to write a short message directly in the post in english.

Leider momentan nur von Deutsch nach Englisch.

Es gibt eine Möglichkeit im Internet Browser eine Übersetzungsfunktion zu aktivieren.
Chrome hat das automatisch integriert und für Firefox gibt es ein Plugin.
Das lässt sich einfacher bedienen da man nicht jedesmal in jedem Posteintrag klicken muss.
Außerdem erkennen die Browser die entsprechende Sprache automatisch und übersetzen die komplette Webseite.

dann versuch es am besten mal mit Google Chrome.

Browser runterladen installieren und mal auf eine Sprache gehen wo ein Text in Englisch geschrieben ist. Dann fragt dich der Browser ob die Seite übersetzt werden soll.
